Cancellation/Refund Policies:

• A refund of 75% will be issued if the camp is cancelled more than 21 days before the start date.

• A refund of 25% will be issued if the camp is cancelled 21 days or less before the start date.

• In the event of a pandemic, acts of God, or other extreme causes leading to the complete cancellation of the event, a 75% refund will be provided.

• All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

Liability Waiver:

• Participants are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival at the camp.

Emergency Contact Information:

• Participants must provide emergency contact information upon arrival at the camp.
